2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any neko88 Service, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming guidelines. You may be required to submit documentation including government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days), and payment method verification (bank account statement, e-wallet screenshot). First-time withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. Verification typically completes within 24 hours but may take longer during high-volume periods.

4.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must immediately notify neko88 if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. neko88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. Never share your login details with third parties. We will never request your password via email, phone, or live chat.

4.4 Account Accuracy

You must ensure that all Account information remains accurate and up-to-date. If your contact details, payment methods, or personal circumstances change, you are obligated to update your Account information promptly through the platform's settings page or by contacting customer support. 5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

neko88 accepts deposits via cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, Bitcoin, Ethereum), Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon), and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). Maximum deposit limits depend on payment method and Account verification level. 5.2 Deposit Fees and Processing

neko88 does not charge fees for deposits made via local banking or e-wallet methods. Cryptocurrency deposits may incur blockchain network fees paid to miners/validators, which are outside neko88's control and deducted from the deposit amount. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds to cover any network fees. Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name; third-party deposits are prohibited and will be rejected or returned.

5.3 Withdrawal Procedures

Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Section 6). neko88 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large withdrawal amounts (typically exceeding Rp 10.000.000 cumulative).

5.5 Withdrawal Fees

Bank transfer and e-wallet withdrawals are free of charge. Cryptocurrency withdrawals incur blockchain network fees paid to miners/validators, deducted from the withdrawal amount. Network fees vary based on blockchain congestion and are outside neko88's control. You may review estimated network fees before confirming your withdrawal request.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms General Provisions

neko88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated on the promotional page or communicated via email. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses cannot be combined with other offers. The neko88 VIP program operates across six tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Black Diamond) based on monthly turnover. VIP status is reviewed on the 1st of each month. VIP benefits include cashback (0.3% to 1.2% of net losses), faster withdrawal processing, dedicated support channels, monthly bonuses, and exclusive promotions. 7. Betting Rules and Game Play

10. Account Suspension and Termination
